Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and protective materials to ensure they remain secure during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized point or schedule a white-glove courier pickup for oversized furniture.

Once our quality control team inspects the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
